Subject: RE: Napa price and quality going downhill

Iowa
Gary was the first Napa parts guy I can remember well in my hometown. Cool old school guy. Can't remember if he or the other guy smoked but I do remember the ash tray.

Having some flashbacks to some of the good parts guys I remember. There was a man I think named Sam at O'Halloran International truck dealer in Carroll. Didn't see him a lot because we didn't need much but boy was he good when we needed something. Thinking of some other real good ones now long gone.

The local Napa does have a young guy fresh out of high school. I've got high hopes for him. Has the right attitude. If he doesn't know the answer he tells you right away and isn't afraid to do some digging to find out. He seems to be getting better all the time.
