X2 The haves are just fine they have paid for land. Price means nothing to them. The have nots scratch there head at an interest costs that is more than what the crop will gross. Wooded ground that is marginally productive for cattle is now recreational ground. And brings 3x the price. And people wonder why there is no cattle anymore.
