No I have no illusion that's all that's spent in it. But cut the garbage and leave the lifesaving bits.
That was put forward in Congress, and Trump said he would sign it, but the Democrat Congress Criters killed it, saying they would only pass it if there was full funding for everything, including the obvious waste and fraud. |
