Yea did the picture ID, did the utility bill, all this and that. Have to have some sort of robot video chat with me whenever they get around to reviewing my info, and then send me an email.was a good hour plus to get to that point.
Got an email they haven’t reviewed whatever they need to review before I can talk with the video robot. Yet.
Not sure how many more hoops come after that, or what any of this leads me to.
I don’t like red tape, I’m more of a people person, so that doesn’t help me any. I’m good with computers, but frustrate quickly with this sort of run around. 15 minutes, ha!

I'm not even good with computers so I'm dreading having to sign up...If anything can go wrong it will..
On another note our secondary health insurance is thru Omaha Insurance...For the past 10 years everything worked just fine...Then last year they changed something...It took me a month to figure out how to reach my account..We never have been able to access my wife's account even after them trying to help us 3 different times...One lady admitted that they were having problems.. |
