If I’m following your logic correctly you are basically saying that people who believe that it is others that are in a cult is the result of them projecting their own shortcoming of being unable to recognize that they themselves are in a cult, making themselves hypocrites?
I’ll have to think about that a bit more but I think you are onto something there.
