I agree with your post. To add, Big oil has a 100 yr head start on ethanol and this just in they have lined the pockets of policy makers. It's most likely going to have to continue to be a grass roots effort and that takes a long time. In the Midwest we have some political support but non ethanol states have a long way to go.
