I still use NAPA for most of my business because of the folks behind the counter. In my area they are much more knowledgable about parts than their competitors. Recently I had an issue with a truck which I was having a problem diagnosing. Ran it by the counterman and he suggested a fix I had not considered. That took care of the problem.

I will agree that the quality of many parts are not what they used to be but I can live with that given my relationship and confidence in their employees. That is a high priority for me, to each their own.
