One of the NAPAs close to me was run for over 40 years by one of the most obstinate and disagreeable people you would ever come across. However, he ran a very good and successful business. He was always fair with me and they were very efficient. How he ever kept any help is beyond me. I wouldn't treat a dog the way he talked to them.
