How long has she been without her calf? just me but on a year like this no way am I going to the expense and trouble of grafting a calf off the ranch. It is one thing when you have a calf that needs a mother like a twin or dead mom, but other than that If I had to keep the cow, I would just let her skate this year dry.
What would you do?
