You can sign in to do this stuff....but if you want to create an account in your name, you will have to jump through some hoops (pic of drivers license...allow computer to take a pic of you and send it in. Just security features so no one can sign up in your name....making sure you are who you are claiming to be). You don't want someone to able to claim your refund. | |
