If your tractor is driving over the block, you have a clutch in the transmission with an issue.
Something I would try first though...do you have a manual for the transmission? If you do, in the valve body it talks about screens under some of the coils, MC1 and MC2 for sure, might be a couple more, I'm not looking at the book....take those out and clean them.
If you don't have a book, I can post the sections.
