According to what “they” say the virus was already in me because I had chickenpox when I was in the second grade. Mine came out on my lower back and left hip. Went to the clinic and got a prescription for Gavapantin. Wife also treated the blisters with calamine lotion. Everything cleared up in a couple of weeks. Worst part was wearing clothes. One breakout was right where the waistband of my pants sits. For what it’s worth, I’ve never had a shingles shot and have no intention of ever taking one. Your mileage may vary. |
