southern MN | Yea did the picture ID, did the utility bill, all this and that. Have to have some sort of robot video chat with me whenever they get around to reviewing my info, and then send me an email.was a good hour plus to get to that point.
Got an email they haven’t reviewed whatever they need to review before I can talk with the video robot. Yet.
Not sure how many more hoops come after that, or what any of this leads me to.
I don’t like red tape, I’m more of a people person, so that doesn’t help me any. I’m good with computers, but frustrate quickly with this sort of run around. 15 minutes, ha!
