I have been alcohol free for over 6 months now. If you don’t think it is making an impact on your life, quit drinking and you will realise the impact it is making. It will shock you once you realize how many things you plan in a way you can have a few drinks. How much you actually are spending on it. How bad you feel when you get up because of it. The list goes on
