You won't find exact scenarios online because there is no exact blueprint as nearly every install is different.  The first question I would ask is do you have a place on the yard or close to the yard that can be seen by all the locations.  This would be an ideal place to put an access point.  Then you would put "stations" at each place you want network/internet/camera access.  If you want to learn more about this do some searching and reading about Point to Multi-Point configurations.  Once you grasp that concept it is almost the same as your current Ubiquiti bridge.

P.S......with the right hardware your access point location could be a long ways away......I have bins that are about 1.5 miles way that work as my access point location for some stations that are another 2.5 miles away.
