southern MN | Have I been steered down the right path?
Got a letter from the govt, can’t get a check to get fed refund, have to direct deposit, and have to do some complicated sign up to apply for the direct deposit portal?
Was supposed to take 10-15 minutes to set up. 3 days later and many documents later I’m waiting to have some sort of video chat with a computer?
What a cluster.
Letter from gov and info from my cpa so I think I’m on the right path, but seems silly over complicated to get a direct deposit?
