I described a scene to my mom when I was probably a teenager---- 14-15 yrs old.  She, Dad and I were in a vehicle, I was in the center of the front seat. We were driving down a long driveway with an old house at the end that sat on the right hand side of the driveway. I described the area, what some of the area looked like, and some other impressions of what/who was there. She thought for a bit, finally said that from what I said and her direct memory, we were going to my folks' friends' parents house in SW Oklahoma for a viewing or funeral. It was the first year after we'd moved from Oklahoma to Iowa, I'd have been shy of 3 years old.
