| 2,4-d and crop oil with a little Tordon (RTU for stumps or 22K for pasture, RTU is 1/2 strength of 22K, and it seems to work if you throw it in with 2,4-D and crop oil) , or Crossbow herbicide which has a little 2,4-d in it and works well on plants that have leafed out. Be careful it can kill other plants and trees near it. Tordon 22K as a pasture spray is very good for maintenance (can't recall if it has 2,4-D in it or not), especially for locust trees. Tordon has a long residual. If you get a chance to read the labels before hand they have a pretty good list of the weeds, brush and trees it will kill, under what conditions, and which additives to use, to see if sounds right for your situation. Also make sure it is legal to use in your area, there are counties that are protected due to the endangered species act. | |
