Would a solar unit work for you? We have a couple RPS Solar units to fill round stalk tanks and they work very well! They have a simple sensor that hangs in tank to start and stop pump. No pressure switch or tank. Ours pumps about 6 GPM. They have many videos on YouTube. Easy to look at and see what they have. If you are not lifting very far, systems are cheaper. They may have a plug in unit also. They are very helpful over the phone!
