Morningdew - 4/7/2026 08:19 Looks like nice feed. Just keep hay or cornstalks in front of them. I’ve had 3 founder out of the last 1000 head. First two grinders get 35-0. Then dry ddgs till they on the chain.
That would definitely help limit the possibility of acidosis but I was always under the impression that most guys didn't feed hay/stalks to cattle on a stuffer.
How much hay/cornstalks do they eat if you give them free choice? Ever have any that grow slow due to eating too much hay/stalks and less grain?
