Why there isnt new production facilities in western ND, I have no idea.

Moronic government leadership at both the state and local level doesn't help. Williams County and Williston has declared war on a pumpkin patch and a privately owned off road track for example while gutting their fire and road departments.

The rest are stuck in the thinking that "we're a little town of 1,500 people and no wrong or bad ever happens here as long as we don't allow anything".

Why Western ND doesn't have anything is a multi generational mystery.
