I take it a couple times a year daily for about a week for prevention of kidney stones, which I had pretty bad at one time but have not had any since. Had to have them blasted and one stuck in my ureter and had to be yanked out. So I didn't want to do that again.
It is listed I think for gall bladder also. But I make no claims that it works. Most likely is snake oil. My only claim is it has not killed me and I have taken it for a number of years. Do your own research.
