| Because he spoke in the most general of terms, because no one in any of his calls is identified or identifiable, because he was not disparaging toward anyone or anything, and because the purpose of the video to help himself and others address PTSD, I would say no foul.
Then again, if you are saying Tommy is the patient in the last case, then there might be a problem.
Everything this guy does is based on a real incident and he is fine doing this and even has the blessing of his department.
