Didnt mention age but under 30s aren't like their parents. More of an older, non social media, problem. Only duis they issue is result of an accident or even odd one passed out parked in middle of street or even drive thru. Some of these folks are filled up like a drag car fuel tank. Nailed for 0.28 and even higher at 8am.
