| Making a post or two here and there showing pride and happiness over a new shed or tractor, and posting non-stop about it are two completely different things.
I agree with you totally that his firefighting thing is a big part of his life. And nobody would have had any more issue about a post or two from him about it than any other post about a new shed or tractor.
But these are farm boards, not firefighting boards. There are discussion boards out there about every topic of interest under the sun. He really needs to find one for like-minded people to share his "excitement" with.
Look at it this way. Do you think it would fly if I posted as much about my new tractor on a discussion board for firefighter and or first responders? I doubt it very much. | |
