A budget freeze would show a certain amount of fiscal responsibility and given a steady growth would eventually pull us out.
The unfunded wars and irresponsible tax cuts went a long ways to getting us here. Giving large corps tax cuts so they can buy back shares and improve their stock performance is really not working.
