Full time paramedic friend in town said its a huge problem in rural areas. By far #1, on top of illicit drugs, cardiac problems and non booze related accidents. Functioning alcoholics was term he called it. Farmers can stay on private property and do what needs done, send family out for errands. That's just what he tells me, not my opinion.
