Southeast Colorado | In 1985, fresh out of Vo-Tech diesel school..........I bought one of those 700 piece (or whatever size it was) Craftsman tool sets complete with the roller chest. I used to flip through the Sears catalogs and dream about them in my youth.......haha. Anyway........I still have a lot of the tools......but most of them burned in our wildfire a few years back when I lost my shop.
Most of those tools were pretty good..........and WAY better than the ones of today. But even in 1985 they weren't quite as good as the older Craftsman stuff that I've picked up at auctions and such along the way. | |
