Depends largely on what you have. I figure about $15,000/yr in tech cost. Not just subscriptions, but I usually end up with about 1 new display and/or GPS receiver per year. and two G5 units that I'll need the Advanced unlock for. DigiFarm, irrigation controllers, Ag Leader SMS subscription, stuff like that does add up fast.
