Sorta funny story 7-8 years ago when I had the end of my femur reshaped and the socket it fits in redone to match.   Anyway on the way home from the procedure both wife and I were hungry so stopped to an Arby’s to get I believe was a brisket sandwich.  Got home and I was bitching to the wife about who dry the meal was.   She said meal was just fine I was still somewhat under the anesthesia and would take a bit then fall back asleep before I finished chewing it start choking on it enough to wake up and repeated this over and over again.
