North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana | We use what I believe is a retired 1.5" fire hose with a smooth bore nozzle. I think it's a 3/4" bore. Pump is a typical 2" transfer and 1/2 throttle is enough. Enough pressure and volume to blow chaff off a combine or wash out a stock trailer. You will use a lot of water in a hurry. We have a 10k gallon tank and it takes about all of it to wash a combine if you totally hose everything off. It does get to be tiring holding the hose. |
