East Central Arkansas | Both but both use the same cell phone signal for internet. Went to test section this morning and post a picture and it came right up with the phone. For some reason they always seem to work when I make a reply to my original post and then they seem to come up on the original post also. I do seem to get the message that flood control is on and to wait 1 minute before trying again.
