I dont know if JD did but I did and it tested ok but I question if the specs I had were accurate. JD said they dont test them, they just swap them out. I found specs online but still question the accuracy. I have a 8310R so I thought about swapping them but those test the same so unless they get quirky when operating I dont know if it will make a difference. I guess its something to try.
