I know someone who was bragging that her medicine had lowered her LDL to the mid 80s and she and her doctor are happy about it.
I surprised my self and stayed quiet instead of asking "Every cell in your body needs cholesterol, so why in the world would you want less of it?"
She has Type II D and starts each day with a big coffee, but it is actually a chocolate milkshake with a dash of coffee in it.
