We use it at work all the time basically for band aids and I've never seen anybody have a reaction on their skin from it. It adheres to skin perfectly and will be there all day until it gets wet and then you just put some new on.
Alternative to an actual adhesive..........would a couple wraps of Coban medical wrap work at all?? I'm not familiar with the mechanics of a monitor, but if green painters tape works, Coban should as well.
