I was there a couple of years ago.  The two chaplains stationed there were Catholic and Presbyterian at the time.  I actually checked the service times and they varied throughout the week.  I am sure they come and go each year according to the needs and vagaries of the military.  Plenty of churches around the greater Beltway area outside the Pentagon.  Plenty of people do religious observances around work, not at work.
