Central Iowa | Attached is the Excel file from Ag Leader with charts for sizing tips based on rate/pressure/duty cycle. Based on your parameters, you are likely looking at a #6 tip to hit the optimal pressure/duty cycles at your anticipated rates & speeds. If you want lower pressures even a #8 is a possibility. You really want to operate as close to the optimal duty cycle of 60-70% while achieving your desired pressure. I have had no issues with the TTI tips, they are great for preplant and even post-emerge work with systemic herbicides. Contact products like Liberty I would not advise of course.
