Yes, just buy a new ATU since used ones aren't common and not any cheaper. 

You can do the JD parts kit route or the AE route. You might spend a bit less going with AE harnesses but you'll have to piece together the mounts and brackets and such. 
JD dealer has a lookup page that lists all parts needed for each model of machine for an ATU install
