Gas soaked roll of toilet paper. We use one or two rolls. Stuff TP down into the hole. Cover the hole with mineral or seed corn sacks and put dirt on top of sacks to seal hole.
Do not get any dirt on TP. We get the cheap TP at WM. Groundhog won't care if it's Charmin or WM brand.
