Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana		You didn't mention the tires; they will play a big part in the discount.

What you listed could be fixed for $5k, but I'd want another $5K for the "unknown" with a rough-looking tractor.

So, if the tires are like-new, $50K, and if they are worn, I'd go $45K.
