I don't think Tommmmy has violated it at this point, but there is a little thing called HIPPA. On top of that, first responders are held to a certain standard, the height of that standard depends on the leadership of the entity. If Tommmmy has actually been read the riot act, then he's obviously in violation in some respect, and I commend the Chief for it. But, for you to say the First Amendment gives you the automatic right to blabbermouth about calls for service of an emergency services body, you couldn't be more wrong.
