If you go for a fire hose, don’t skimp on it. I got one off Amazon that didn't last a year before it got several pin holes in it. I personally like a fire hose nozzle. I can adjust the spray easy enough from a little wide to a stream for getting big chucks off. If water supply is not an issue, it’s the way to go for muddy equipment. We use a 2” gas engine pump and it doesn’t take long to go through 250 gallons. I think next time we’ll see if we can position the pump suction hose close enough to suck out of our coulee.
