I'd just go with your 6330, with RB tractor weigh becomes important with hills, seems sometimes the tail wants to wag the dog.

Empty baler verses 80% verses full bale makes big HP requirement difference. Looks like you got a 5' baler verses a 6' so that will make a big difference. IF you're making balage, you most likely will make smaller than 5' even (weight of bale becomes a consideration). I've ran a 5' x 5' RB with a Ford 5000 (~8,500#) in a pinch, duals would've helped on hills, a full bale on level ground was all it wanted at less than 5 MPH. I presently usually use a 98 PTO (115 engine HP) on a 5' x 5' RB which seems to be a good fit, while baling at 6-9MPH.

You can always run less knives too, I think.

Edit: I agree about unhooking under pressure, maybe adding these at disconnect would be beneficial IF you need to unhook.
