I have done that for years worked well I switched to 3” and had a Honda electric start laying around so went back to gas!! I still have that 2 in cast iron 5hp electric in the shed always thought of setting it up at another place farther out for water but haven’t needed to yet, I’d sell it! I think it was faster then gas 2” but don’t have data to back that up! Located in norfolk ne
