SW OH | About a year ago there were 28 flock cameras in my home town that the local police have access to. Not all of them are near intersections.
I've also read that they read much more than license plates. In as little as 3 pictures a vehicle can be identified by color, size, shape, and unique features, then assigned a Flock tracking number. Then they track the vehicle movement and history of when and where you go. They are tracking us like wild animals with GPS chips. Now you know why they are building so many data centers.
