If this ISP can deliver 100 mbps "full-time", yes, the price is high, but darn good bandwidth.
The speeds "upto" rhetoric sometimes mean during primetimes, watching high quality video might not be possible without buffering

ISP might have to pay the "backbone/telco" provider dearly, too few customers being served, or greedy ISP.
I've not seen that high of a cost before....and this ISP should be aware Starlink's prices....
Locally here, a person would get 1 gig plan for a little less
