watched a guy with farming Youtube channel plant soybeans in Iowa back on March 26th (thought planting date in Iowa was either April 10th or 15th depending on where your located) Hope RMA isn't watching him document himself planting early. Also some large operation in Southern Illinois got started planting then too. So heck its already half in.
