NW MO and Eastern Nebr
It's interesting that once statins were developed, how the recommended cholesterol levels kept dropping over time, some would think it was to sell more drugs. I certainly think so.

Our medical system is a sham imo. Bunch of pill pushers, but what do I know. I'm 65, with 120/80 BP and 65 resting heart beat. Probably die tomorrow, but at least it won't be from their drugs. I take none.

Funny story, about a year ago, they were "concerned" my total cholesterol was 190, up from 180 the year before, so they ordered me a statin. 3 months later they tested me again, and I was at 193 or something. She asked if maybe I missed a day or two of taking my statins. I told her yes, all of them.......

All for profit organizations. They aren't managing health, they're managing profits.

I'm not a doctor, make decisions for yourself.....
