Never had any major issues from our 3126E's, they were decently reliable, just gutless turds no matter if it was 230hp or 300hp, tuned, stock, didn't matter. Now, what always frustrated me, is that one day out of the blue it would drag 40K lbs like it wasn't there, and the next day on the same load it acted like a turd. But it never laid down on us, always moved.
