Subject: Wiring harness on 1760 pulled by a 4640

Indiana
Using a 4640 to pull a new to me 1760 planter. Tractor has a 7 pin plug kit from deere that connects to the funky "L" shape connector on the bottom right of cab.

When pulling implements, they have flashers but no running lights. Is there another harness I need to connect the other two pins for the running lights on implements? And by that I mean when the red fender lights on the tractor are on, the corresponding lights on the implements are on.

On this planter, I do not have working lights of any kind. The bulbs on the planter look to be all intact. It does have half width disconnects that I haven't tried, but I suspect they won't work if I don't have power to the planter harness to begin with. Hoping someone can tell me where to start looking to get power to the planter lights.
